Ingredients:
Ingredients:
30 crushed peppermint candies
1½ lbs. milk chocolate candy, coarsely chopped
1½ lbs. white chocolate, chopped
1 t. oil-based peppermint flavoring or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/3 of the crushed peppermint candies over a 9 x 13 pan lined with wax paper.

Melt the milk chocolate in the top of a double boiler over just-barely simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, just until melted. Pour melted chocolate over peppermint candy in the prepared pan. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the candy over the milk chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.

Melt white chocolate in the top of a double-boiler. Stir in peppermint flavoring. Pour white chocolate over milk chocolate and sprinkle remaining peppermint candies. Refrigerate until white chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes. Cut or break into pieces.
