1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks or tidbits in natural juice ( I prefer the tidbits)
1 1/2 cup sugar (I have done 1 cup and it was fine)
1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup walnuts chopped and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple. Combine juice with sugar, cranberries, raisins and spices. Cook 15 minutes or until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until cranberries are tender and popping. Add pineapple and nuts, mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours.
