Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. Light corn syrup
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Peanut butter
1 t. Vanilla
6 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter or spray non-stick spray a jelly roll pan or 13 x 9 pan. Measure out the cereal and pour in a large bowl. Set aside.

Combine light corn syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan. On medium-high temperature, bring mixture to a boil; stir constantly. These ingredients can burn and get extremely hot. After mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat.

Carefully, stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract and stir until peanut butter melts. Pour mixture over cereal and stir until evenly coated. Press into buttered pan. Cool.

Put chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat 1 minute at a time, stirring after each minute until melted and well combined. Pour over Rice Krispie bars and smooth out evenly over entire pan. Cool. To speed up hardening, place in the refrigerator. Once the topping is hard, cut into 2 x 2 inch bars.
