4 medium potatoes, scrubbed, baked until done
½ cup sour cream
4 T. butter
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup milk
¼ cup Bacos or bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper to tasteWhen baked, slit the top of the potatoes open and scoop out the insides. In medium bowl, mix together with rest of ingredients and beat with mixer or by hand. Refill potato skins, put in baking dish and return to oven and reheat for 15 minutes and serve.
