1 Onion Diced
1 Stick Oleo
6-8 Large Potatoes
¼ tsp. Black Pepper (Optional)
2 tbsp. Sweet Paprika
½ pt. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and saute in oleo, peel and slice potatoes (about ¼ inch thick) add to onions in large skillet.
Add 1½ cups water, the salt and pepper and paprika, cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until done.
Once they are cooked, add sour cream slowly, simmer until thickened - about 1 minutes.
