12 oz. penne pasta
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. mild Italian sausage links removed from casings
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup white wine of choice
1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 - 14 oz. can diced tomatoes w/garlic or Italian seasoning
1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook pasta as directed on package.
3. Saute sausage and onion. Drain fat and deglaze pan with wine.
4. Add tomato products and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Toss in cooked pasta.
6. Place in 9x13 pan or casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
