9 Large russet potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2-1 stick butter
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 T butter
little milk if needed to get consistency you like

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and boil in sated water until tender. Drain and transfer to mixing bowl. Mash until smooth. stir in cream cheese, sour cream, butter garlic, salt and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy. Add milk if needed to get consistency you like.

***These are great to make ahead or even a day before if needed.If you do make the potatoes ahead then just place potatoes in a casserole dish and top with pads of butter and bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through.
