2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Cloves
4 Eggs beaten
1 16 of can of Pumpkin puree
1 C Oil

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

3 oz Cream Cheese softened
1/4 C Butter softened
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 C Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves.

Stir in eggs, pumpkin and oil until thoroughly combined.

Spread batter into ungreased 15 x 10 pan.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool on rack.

For topping beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 C powdered sugar, beating well. Add enough remaining sugar until topping reaches a spreadable consistency.

Frost bars with topping, cover and store in refrigerator.
