1 large can white tuna packed in water, drain
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 8 ounce cream cheese
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 - 1 cup chopped pecans

2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Flake tuna. Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape and chill.

Then roll the mixture in the chopped pecans and parsley.

Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
