5 lbs apples
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar (may add more depending on apples)
Directions:
Directions:
Wash apples, cut out core and chop leave peeling on for better flavor.
Add cinnamon and sugar.
Cook overnight in crockpot.
Strain through colander to remove peeling.
Return to crockpot till bubbly.
Add to jelly jars and seal. Let sit till sealed.
May use red hots if you like.
