16 baby red potatoes
8 ears of corn halved
4 to 6 red onions halved
3 lbs. polish sausage sliced in bite sized chunks
3 lbs. raw shrimp
2 lemons halved
2 to 3 shrimp/crab boil spice bags (Zaterains)

Directions:
Fill turkey cooker half with water and add salt to water till water tastes slightly salty add lemons sliced in half and seasoning pouches. Bring brine to a boil for best results cool for 30 to 45 Minutes then bring back to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add sausage and onion and bring back to boil. When potatoes are tender add corn and bring back to boil for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and boil 5 minutes.

Wrap table with butcher paper drain food and pour down the middle of the table. Have butter for potatoes and corn by each person. Have mustard, ketchup and cocktail sauce available for people to put on their food. Server with French bread. When done eating wrap up the paper and discard.
