1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese cubed
¾ c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ c. butter
½ to ¾ c. half and half or heavy whipping cream
3 to 5 cloves garlic (to your taste)

In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients and heat till smooth. Serve over noodles and add any sautéed vegetables or cooked chicken if desired.
