Round or bottom round steak (enough for your family)
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Oil
Little green onions
1 green pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 can consomme soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into serving size pieces, salt and pepper; dip in flour and brown in hot oil. Put in roasting pan chop onions and green pepper. Place on top of meat, mix consomme and cream of mushroom soup and pour over top of meat. Cover and bake for about 4 hours at 250º Do not boil just simmer meat in juices. Remove meat and add milk to drippings, make gravy and serve over mashed potatoes.
