Pigs feet or ham hocks
salt and pepper to taste
1Tbsp. garlic powder
1Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. mixed pickling spice
¼ cup white vinegar per quart jar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pigs feet or hocks in large stock pot with the seasonings, boil till tender (falling off bone).
Get clean quart jars ready, add ¼ cup vinegar to each jar.
Take skin and fat off feet or hocks, skim off any fat, leave some bones and all meat.
Put in jar, add broth to fill jar, skimming off fat.
Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
