1 beef bouillon cube
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp lemon peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
4 or 6 hamburger buns

Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water, mix thoroughly with beef. Crumbs, lemon peel, and juice and seasonings. Shape into patties.
