1 Cup Oil
1 Teaspoon baking soda
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Milk mixed with 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar
3 Cups Flour

Vanilla Icing:
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla
Butter
Milk

Chocolate Icing:
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla
Butter
Milk
Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Cookies:
Cream the Oil, Baking Soda, Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla together
Add cocoa, soured milk, 3 cups flour
Mix together
Drop tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet
Bake for 7 Min at 350ºF
Once cool, frost half the cookie with chocolate icing and the other half with vanilla icing

Vanilla Icing:
Mix to a smooth consistency

Chocolate Icing:
Add Coco to Vanilla Icing to desired consistency
