2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Raisins
4 Eggs Beaten
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together

Flour a 9x13 inch cake pan

Bake for 1 Hr at 350ºF

Ice with Jon and Emily Cream Cheese Icing
