1 cup pitted green olives (Cerignola)
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 shallot
1 small bunch of parsley
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
salt and pepper

Combine chopped ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until lumpy like a tapenade - do not emulsify.
