1 pound ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
Dash pepper
Shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 to 2 T catsup
1 T instant minced onion
! T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 to 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, egg, crumbs, water, salt and pepper. Form into balls, brown on all sides, drain off excess shortening, push meat balls to one side. Add soup and 1/2 cup water.
add remaining ingredients and mix well and heat until warmed through. Pour over meatballs, serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
