1-2 lean meaty pork chops or steaks
2 T oil if desired
1/4 cup water
2 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 #2 can chunk pineapple or
1/4 to 1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice (from pineapple)
Water to make 1 cup
1 T soy sauce
1 medium green pepper
1/2 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with 1/4 cup water until it loses color about 5 minutes on high.

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar together with vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce and salt - add to meat. Pour sauce over meat when thickened, add green pepper and onion.
