4 medium apples
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
2 beaten eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel apples and chop into small pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, pour 2 cups sugar over apples and let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Melt margarine then pour over apple mixture.
4. Add eggs, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
5. Mix well, don't beat - Batter will be a little stiff.
6. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
