1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
2 cups any type of fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in casserole dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and milk.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour over melted margarine, do not stir.
5. Spoon fruit on top of batter - do not stir.
6. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
7. Sprinkle with 1-2 tsp. additional sugar for last 10 minutes of baking time.
