Flour

1. Peel potatoes and slice into very thin slices using food processor
2. Cover bottom of pyrex dish with butter
3. Begin layering using small cuts of butter, sprinkle of flour and then thin layer of potatoes.
4. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper
5. Stack about 4-5 layers depending on thickness of potatoes
6. Pour milk into corner of dish to fill about 1/2 inch thick
7. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour
