4 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 slices Swiss cheese or 1 block Swiss cheese
4 slices boiled ham

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt Sour cream
Parsley flakes

Breading:
1 pkg shake and bake
1 pkg Good Season Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix (Creamy Style

Directions:

Flatten out meat (1/2 chicken breast boned). Arrange 1 slice boiled ham and 1 slice Swiss cheese on top of chicken roll up and secure with tooth pick.

Roll chicken in flour dip in beaten egg, then shake and bake. Shake and Bake, Good Seasons and parmesan cheese (mix 3 ingredients together. Fry roll in hot oil, just to brown remove all toothpicks arrange in shallow baking dishes and pour sauce over them.

Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes.

Mom (Joan Gamble) loved to fix these for Christmas Eve along with all the other yummy goodness she would prepare for us each year. I don't know how she did it!
