Cornbread:
1 Egg
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Self-rising cornbread

Dressing:
2 Rolls regular sized biscuits
2 Loaves of toast
2 cups Turkey broth
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Sage
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt

Cornbread:
Set oven to 500º
Mix egg, buttermilk and self-rising cornbread together until smooth. Add more buttermilk or cornbread mix to receive smooth and easy to stir texture. Oil iron skillet and pour mixture in. Place into pre-set oven and cook for 15 minutes. Should be brown on the top


Dressing:
1. Crumble cornbread, biscuits and toast into baking dish.
2. Bring turkey broth to a boil and add 2 eggs until poached.
3. Pour on top of bread.
4. Once cooled, mix with hands.
5. Add sage, salt and pepper. Add more to taste remembering flavor will reduce slightly after baking.
6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º
