1 ½ lb. cubed round steak cut in thin strips
½ T mixed seasoning, Tony's
Flour
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ c Vermouth
Salt and pepper
1 c sour cream
cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the steak strips with seasonings. Mix flour and seasonings together and coat steak. Brown steak in olive oil and butter. Remove steak and add vermouth to deglaze the pan. Add more olive oil if needed and saute onions and mushrooms until the onion is tender. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of flour in the pan and put the steak back in the pan with onions and mushrooms. And soup and beef broth. Cook over low heat for about 30 min. covered. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sour cream the last few minutes, right before serving. Serve over cooked noodles.
