4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour until cold. Best if served the best day.
