1 sirloin tip (of similar) roast
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
½ c burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with oil. Trim fat from roast and put in slow cooker.

Stir together soup, soup mix, and wine. Pour over roast.

Cook on low for apx 7-9 hours.

Serve over noodles or rice.
