Ingredients:  
Choice of omelette ingredients: such as bacon, ham, sausage, onion, gr peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, etc. Ingredients should be pre-cooked,

8 large eggs
¼ c milk
½ tsp baking powder
½ tbsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Whisk together eggs, milk, oil and baking powder. Season with salt and pepper if desired
Lightly spray a 12 muffin pan with oil.
Place desired omelette ingredients into each muffin pan opening.
Ladle egg mixture over omelette ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese,
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until egg is set.
