1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo or miracle whip
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt to taste
paprika or hot sauce to garnish

Cut eggs in half and remove yolks to a medium mixing bowl. Combine mayo, vinegar and salt with egg yolks; mix well. Spoon mixture into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
