2½ cups oreo baking crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup flaked coconut
4 (250)g pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Bird's custard powder
4 eggs
½ cup whipping cream
6 oz. Baker's semi sweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix baking crumbs, butter, pecans and coconut together; press firmly onto bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan. Refrigerate. Beat cream cheese, sugar and custard powder with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour over crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, Place whipping cream and chocolate in saucepan. Cook on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occassionally, Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Store in refrigerator.
