Milk
Cornmeal
Salt & Pepper
Cooking oil (Chef’s choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak fish in milk. Heat cooking oil over med-high heat in a frying pan. Remove fish from milk, heavily salt and pepper pieces, and roll seasoned fish in cornmeal to coat. Carefully place fish pieces in frying pan and cook to desired doneness, flipping once. How long you cook it depends more on the desired texture of the outside than the doneness of the fish itself.
