Ingredients:
Fresh chicken (as much as you think you’ll need)
All-purpose flour
Salt & pepper
Cooking oil (Chef’s choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Pull the skin off the chicken (tip: a paper towel helps with the grip). Heat cooking oil over med-high heat in a frying pan. Heavily salt and pepper chicken pieces. Roll seasoned chicken in flour to coat. Carefully place chicken in frying pan and cook to desired doneness, flipping once. From my experience, it’s better to slightly overcook than under cook.

Personal Notes:
I've always said that if I were on death row and forced to choose my last meal, Nana's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and field peas would be it. While there may be some debate surrounding the health benefits, I would neither believe nor trust anyone who claimed they didn't like it.
