2¼ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup coconut flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and pudding mix. Mix in flour and baking powder. Stir in chips, cranberries, and coconut. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 9-12 minutes.
