Wild turkey with skin removed
Flour
salt
pepper
buttermilk
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice turkey about ⅜ inch thick (across grain). Then cut into 2 inch long pieces. Marinate in buttermilk for 2-3 hours. Remove, roll in seasoned flour. Fry in ½ inch hot oil until brown.
