4 Egg yolks 2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup white Marala Wine 1 cup Heavy Cream
2 Pints perfect Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler (not on the stove), beat egg yolks with whisk until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Stir in wine. Place over hot not boiling, water and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly—about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Whip cream till stiff. Stir whipped cream into egg mixture. Wash strawberries carefully and pat dry. Spoon into desert glasses and top with cream mixture. Top with one strawberry. Makes 6-8 servings. My favorite Christmas dessert.
