1 ½ lb. Cream Cheese ( 3 large) 2 ½ T Flour
¾ cup sugar 1 T. vanilla flavoring
½ Pint sour cream or 1 c. 6 eggs separated

Mix ¾ cup graham crackers crumbs with 1 T. of melted butter and pour into bottom of spring form pan. Press on bottom and up sides above seam…..set aside.

Cream, cream cheese and sugar together, mixing well. Add flour, sour cream and flavoring. Add egg yolks one at a time, beat well after each. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cake batter. Pour into spring form pan. Bake 1 hour at 300*. Turn off heat and leave in oven with door closed another hour. Cool in refrigerate. For topping use any flavor Comstock fruit filling.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

2 lb Ground Beef 2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs (option flavored) 1 Bottle (pint) Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Parsley 1 lb Jar Grape Jelly
Make meat balls with Beef, Bread crumbs, Salt, Parsley, eggs, and Garlic Powder. Form into 1 inch meatballs. Bake in 350* oven for 30 minutes. Drain off fat. Combine Grape Jelly and Chili Sauce in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Place Meatballs in pan and cook ½ hour. Then serve.
Can use store bought frozen meatballs. Meat can be prepared ahead of time then frozen till needed. Can cook and serve in a crock pot.
