1 pt. fresh oysters 2 cups cracker crumbs, medium coarse (Ritz)
1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper 3/4 cup cream
1/4 cup oyster liquor (liquid from the oysters) 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Clean and Drain oysters, saving liquor. Combine crumbs, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley Spread 1/3 of buttered crumbs in greased cassarole dish. Cover with 1/2 of the oysters, Using another 1/3 of crumbs, spread second layer, Cover with remaining oysters, Combine cream, oyster liquir and Worcestershire sauce, Pour over oysters, Top with last of crumbs, Bake in moderate oven 350º for 40 minutes
