1 cup raisins
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups sliced apples
1cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soak raisins in water for 1 hour. Sprinkle cake pan with flour. Mix all ingredients (other than fruit and nuts) in large bowl, then fold in raisins, apples, and pecans. Pour batter into cake plan, and bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
