Tenderized cube steak
1 can small petite cut tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Better than bouillon beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cube steak in butter and place in baking dish. Add water to pan and mix beef stock in pan. Pour over steak and top with tomatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 1-1½ hours or until tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes. Make gravy with liquid in baking dish with water mixed with flour.
