4 c slice rhubarb
1 and 1/2 c sliced strawberries
1/4 to 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 tsp gelatin
1 c cold water
cake mix
2 and 1/2 c flour
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:

350º
Place rhubarb and sliced strawberries in pan, sprinkle sugar and gelatin over top. Sprinkle cake mix over that.
Pour 1 c water over all of this and dot with 3 Tbsp butter. Do not stir!
Bake 1 hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
