1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick oats
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon/nutmeg mixture
1 cup seedless raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In large bowl, cream first 2 ingredients. Add next 2 ingredients and mix well. In medium bowl, mix next 4 ingredients and add to cream mixture until moist. Add raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto sheets and bake for 5-7 minutes.
