Ingredients:  
1. 1 T cornstarch
2. 2 T cold water
3. 1/2 cup boiling water
4. 1 tsp vanilla
5. 3 egg whites
6. 6 T granulated sugar
7. pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix cornstarch, and cold water
Add boiling water, and cook until thick
Let mixture cool completely
In mixing bowl, mix egg whites until foamy
Add sugar and beat until stiff, and glossy
Add salt, and vanilla
On slow speed, slowly add cornstarch mixture
Beat on high speed for several minutes
Spread on pie

Bake@ 350 for about 10 minutes, or until browned
