1 cup buttermilk pancake mix
1 T melted shortening or oil
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat egg and milk together. Add shortening and mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in salt, paprika and pepper.
