sugar
butter
cream cheese

sour cream

Crust:

1 cleo pack graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter

mix all together ingredients together and press in the bottom of a spring form pan. Medium size pan not the small one or the huge one.

Cake:

4 each 8 ounce packages cream cheese
6 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Soften cream cheese, blend, add one egg at a time then sugar and vanilla then beat until fluffy
Bake one hour at 350 degrees, let cake cool 5 minutes

Topping:

l large container sour cream
¼ cup sugar
blend together and spread over cake. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

This is actually much easier to make than it looks. Toward the end of the hour, check the cake, humidity has a lot to play in how long it will need to cook. If you want, you can get any pie filling and serve over the cake.
