14 oz. quartered artichoke hears, drain, coarsely chop
8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 onions)
Dash of red pepper sauce
1/2" thick slices of baguette French bread, toasted
Finely chopped red bell pepper if desired.

Directions:

Spray inside of 1 to 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker. Mix all ingredients except bread and put in slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low heat setting 2 to 3 hours or until bubbly.
Heat over to 325*. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place bread slices on cookie sheet and lightly spray bread with cooking spray. Bake 6 to 9 minutes. If you want them browner, broil for a minute or 2.
Dip can stay warm on low for up to 1 hour.
