1 16 oz frozen Broccoli, Carrots and Cauliflower combination, Thawed and drained
1 (10¾ oz ) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can French Fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into 1 quart dish. Bake covered at 350º for 30-45 minutes, Top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
