3/4 cup St. Germain elderflower Liqueur
1 1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup simple syrup (boil together 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 bottle sparkling wine
1 1/2 cup club soda or seltzer
1 cup fresh cranberries
3 limes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine St. Germain, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
Refrigerate sparkling wine and club soda overnight.
Wash and freeze about a cup of fresh cranberries overnight.
Combine all liquids in punch bowl.
Slice lime to put one slice in bottom of each glass. Squeeze the rest of the lime juice into the punch.
Put some frozen cranberries in each glass. Put remainder in punch bowl.

To give the punch a lighter profile use white cranberry juice. It's a perfect complement to the elderflower and allows the florals to shine a little brighter. Also white cranberry is not quite as sweet as red cranberry juice.
