sea salt and pepper
1/2 cup panko
1/2 cup chicken broth
1cup peeled green apple
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp rosemary or basil
trim tenderloin
butterfly pork and pound to same thickenes
salt and pepper flat pork
mix rest of ingredients together and pat on meat
roll and tie
brown in skillet
bake in oven about 20 to 30 min at 325*
(140* internal)
gravy:
in fry pan you used
2 Tbsp. drippings
2 Tbsp. flour or corn syrup
1 cup water

If you want more gravy double ingredients. Might need to add more water, cranberry juice or wine if too thick
