1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups oatmeal (quick cooking)
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order and drop by the teaspoon on an uncreased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 375º for 8 minutes
